Sound vibrations create a tame space, allowing you to energetically let go, bringing your being into a space of opening up to take and absorb the benefits, allowing a deep quiet and healing to receive place. B is for breathing, be aware of the path of your breath, notice where it moves, how it feels, the quality, sound, temperature of the breath as it enters and leaves the body. Life is better with Yoga! As a Yoga practitioner of over 20 years, a teacher of 12 years, it has been a process of self discovery as healthy as learning to assess and foster the development of students’ abilities and weaknesses. We all have the skill to self convalesce with the natural beauty of sound. Sharing on a personal smooth in the beginning of my journey toward developing a meditation practice in my own life I found that a guided meditation was best. This practice blends work with breath, mindfulness meditation, asanas (postures) in a way that stimulates flow along the meridian lines to nourish organs, joints and energy systems of the body on a physical, mental and emotional level. You practice yoga to improve on yourself. Yoga will make you feel good, physically and mentally. The word Yoga means union’, the breath focus acts as the bridge between mind and body so we can assess what each pose feels’ like, bringing the heed to the now so we can adjust, align and convalesce our body. Denise practices yoga daily both on and off the mat through physical practice, meditation and well living. CORE Pilates is a method of whole body conditioning focusing on balancing muscle groups to improve postural alignment, the development of a potent core, improved body awareness and better control of breathing. Concluding with a time of relaxation for peace of comply and some you’ time. You don''t need to be supple to begin yoga you impartial need to breath and enjoy the benefits yoga has to offer. Beginning with centering using the breath to create space within the body and mind, then progressing into affectionate limbering, meditative flows, using mindfulness to create strength in mind and body, connecting to our correct selves. A nurturing class relevant for all levels with a strong focus on breath, alignment and an acceptance of how the body is feeling, moment to moment. Nicole Whitman offers private oneonone Yoga sessions which focus on developing core strength, correct breathing and working with posture and physical alignment. Throughout the practice Ben focuses on mindful meditation to relax the comply as healthy as body. Our Teacher Training provides the best foundation for your personal practice, your yoga teaching journey and for further exploration and study.
