At Highway2Health you are treated as a whole person, not just a knee, back or neck. To make changes in your body a combination of gentle stretching, massage, acupuncture and spinal manipulation is used to rehabilitate tight muscles and painful joints. To supplement the manual treatment an effective exercise regime which helps to strengthen, stretch and re coordinate your muscles will allow you to regain your former pain free life. Postural instruction may also be necessary to reduce excessive gravitational stresses on your body and prevent your problem from reoccurring.
Sports people find Osteopathy beneficial for increasing performance by balancing the bodies musculature and releasing biomechanical restrictions which allows freer, more balanced movement and therefore better performance in whatever sport you are involved in. Sports injuries also respond quickly to treatment using our combination of physical and acupuncture modalities.
Most importantly Osteopathy frees your body to allow you to get through the stresses of your busy lifestyle. Our commitment to you is to provide friendly and effective treatment which will allow you to take control of your life.
We are Workcover registered and can treat a variety of workplace and motor vehicle trauma.
