At times we had to hire carpenters to fix and replace termite affected walls and timbers in roof voids etc. With goodwill service it brought us life lengthy Customers that respected our service and trusted us. However for economic reasons we used other Baiting Systems with varying success. When applied correctly you have 100 success rate and we give a 5 year Warranty and carry out ongoing service over that period. When we bought out mordant in 1982 we were carrying out 350500 pest inspections per year in those days we didn't carry insurance, which did bring us problems, especially when we had 24 different Pest Inspections, so at times we had to hire carpenters to fix and replace termite affected walls and timbers in roof voids etc. Mort Ant came and found the Termites in our roof, treated them and checks our house every 6 months. If it wasn't for Mort Ant we would have lost our complete house. We had someone else store baits down but couldn't get rid of termites. I only use Mort Ant as they have been around for so long. They have everlasting protected my fresh developments and they are easy to get along with. If on the rare occasion something goes wrong, they reach there to mend it FREE of charge!
