The Company’s brands and products are positioned in the release from market segments comprising food and beverage products manufactured to be free from key allergens such as gluten, wheat, nuts and dairy while also maintaining a superior nutritional profile. The market for free from products continues to expand in Australia and internationally reflecting the rising prevalence of food allergies and intolerance and the increasing consumer demand for health aware products that eliminate potentially unhealthy ingredients. GNP has a strong market presence in Australia and Fresh Zealand, with an increasing export focus to North America (for Freedom) and China and SE Asia (for Pactum through supply of high quality HT dairy milk products of branded and private label customers). The two groups along with other key business partners such as Bumble Bee Foods (North America) and Blue Diamond Almond Growers (USA) form a network of key collaborative partners focused on developing key category and product channels with the Freedom Foods Group.

He has been with the group for the former 12 years and is responsible for strategic and corporate development and finance and administration. A former Senior Director, corporate finance for UBS in Australasia and Europe where he gained extensive experience in strategy and commercial development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate analysis. Mr Allen has over 37 years of corporate and commercial experience, primarily as a corporate and financial adviser to Australian and international public and privately owned companies. Prior to undertaking non executive roles, Trevor had senior executive positions as an executive director Corporate Finance at ABC Warburg and its predecessors for eight years and as a corporate finance partner at KPMG for nearly 12 years. Rory has been with the group for the preceding 13 years with direct responsibility for and involvement in the Company’s strategic, operational and financial development during this time. Aline joined the Group in 2008 and has over 25 years experience in senior positions within a range of consumer industries including health care, insurance, retailing, packaging and food. Tom joined the group in 2014 and has over 10 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry. Tim joined Freedom Foods in 2012 to manage the operational functions for the Freedom brand. With over 20 years experience in the sales industry, Peter worked for numerous years with Unilever, George Weston Foods and Frucor Beverages having gained strong FMCG experience with these companies. Sharon's current role of Business Transformation Manager is a fresh role that encompasses our growing business and the need to ensure are processes and systems are enough for our growing businesses. Luke’s time with the Company has seen him experience a expansive range of roles including Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing. The Brunswick brand began over 100 years ago and is a brand with correct commitment to quality seafood. Sardines are well and nutritious truly a taste maker. The Paramount brand is a lengthy established retail brand with a reputation for quality and value across a range of seafood products. Paramount is the proud owner of Brunswick seafood in Australasia.
