With this in mind we understand that going that extra mile to make our customers happy is what makes them a long term client, rather than a once off sale. It is what makes the difference and what sets them apart from the rest. Which in turn has always lead us to buying from the supplier with the best service. We soon realised that the the first two factors become irrelevant because there is so much competition for the same products in the market place. There are always three main factors that come up – Price, Availability & Service. In order to do this we have looked at our own suppliers and have tried to understand what makes us buy from them. That combined with the belief that no matter what job or task we take on, we must “make it happen!” This has become the core principal behind everything that we do. As an Australian family owned and operated business ourselves, we have tried to get an understanding as to what makes a good business great.
