We are the longest established physiotherapy practice in the 2234 postcode and have been embedded in the local community for over 20 years, enjoying a strong relationship with many locals and local sporting clubs. Our multidisciplinary team provides a high standard of care for the Menai district through physiotherapy, exercise physiology and remedial massage therapy services. Manual therapy, parched needling, and exercise rehabilitation are the primary methods of treatment employed by our physiotherapists. Andy has a particular interest in the treatment of chronic neck and under back pain, in addition to general injury management and prevention. Andy is Arid Needling accredited and incorporates this into his treatment regimes to facilitate a faster return to activities. He received the title Master of Physiotherapy’ in 2006 from the University of Sydney and initially began occupied as a physiotherapist at The Sutherland Hospital, gaining experience in the orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, neurological, rehabilitative, and intensive care sub disciplines of physiotherapy. Peter began working at ADP in 2008, under the mentoring of AA Sports Physiotherapist Rob Wallis. Peter is an experienced practitioner in the management of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. Before to his physiotherapy training he attained his Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) from the University of Wollongong, and he makes strong use of exercise prescription in the treatment of his patients. He has extensive experience in the management of dysfunction in the upper and lower limbs, as healthy as in the spine, trunk and core. Given the body’s ability to distribute shock throughout its kinetic chain, offloading force from one area to another, Peter strongly believes that destitute bio mechanics lies at the root of most mechanical problems and that thriving treatment ultimately relies on the identification and treatment of a person’s primary bio mechanical driver.
